The Neighborhood Action Coalition is not a binding or executive group, and has no mechanism to make formal decisions. Neighborhood Action Coalitions have two goals: 1) to connect NACs in their broader region with resources, information, and opportunities for action; and 2) to provide a forum to amplify the voices of marginalized and targeted.
